New Features/Changes in the stable branch as of Sept 8, 2004

• Move feature that allows folders and items to be moved
• Privacy feature that allows a portfolio to be locked as "private" and only authorized users specified by the portfolio owner could gain access.
• Theme feature that allows a user to use an authorized theme to change the look and feel of their portfolio.
• Added page to display an Acceptable Use Policy.
• Minor cosmetic fixes...

Things in the unstable or devel branch...things we need to do

• More modular design allows organizations to more easily add pages to the system
• Major improvements in the HTML cleanup effort. Modreate use of CSS
• Ability to back up the database and restore it (not a cron job)
• Ability for the end user to export their portfolio into a tarball of a complete website
• Ability for the end user to export their portfilio into a tarball format that could be uploaded to the MUPS SYSTEM
• A possibly all CSS version (no tables or other syle elements in the html pages)
• New themes that don't suck like the current 'testing' theme dubbed ocean
• New and better icons
• Possibly a new layout for the default theme
• Database redesign for a more efficient file layout system
• Port to other databases and removal of (if any exist) postgres specific function calls
